Easter
Aren't these two the cutest kids you've ever seen. I can't get enough of just watching them play together. I think my nephew is so dang cute. They are just getting ready for an egg hunt. My brother's kids were at their other grandparents so it was just the two of them. They had a blast. They are the best little buddies.
Then they went over to the Strong's house for another one. They are my brother in laws family. They were so nice to invite Lily over. They even had a basket for her. They wanted her to have a hunt with lots of kids. There were a lot of people and it made it really fun. Lily was so spoiled. When we got back home to Carson City we went through Easter Detox. Every morning she thought we were going to have an egg hunt and eat candy.
Bam Bam and Pebbles
While we were in Utah for easter, my cousin Kylee got married. I was so fun to see family. Lily and Mac had so much fun running around and playing together. They are the cutest things to watch. They are Bam Bam and Pebbles.
They got a little bored and decided to fill all the pots with rocks. There were also waterfalls everywhere and they were putting rocks in there as well. The best part was the workers following them around and taking out all the rocks from the fountains so they wouldn't get clogged.
Easter Sunday
I didn't realize that Easter was over General Conference, and I was going to be up in Utah. This is Lily's Easter dress. She loves it. She calls it her foofy dress. When we picked her up from Nursery the leaders said that every time she sat down and sat on her dress she would freak out. She had to have it belled out over her so she was tucked up under it.
See you later Toys R Us
I can't remember what I was doing when I heard Lily calling for me. I kept asking her what she wanted and to come here to tell me. After a couple of times telling her to come here I went into her playroom and found her like this. Just sitting in her infant car seat in the corner with her blanket. She was wanting me to read her a story. She loves playing in it I am a little worried what she will think when her sister is sitting in it. We are working with her now telling her that is baby sister's car seat. Out of all the toys in her playroom that's what she wants to play with. See you later "Toys R US."
One of Lily's favorite snacks is a Ritz with butter on it. She is at this stage that she has to do everything herself.
She decided that the butter was better straight from the knife. I don't get it just thinking of the texture in my mouth makes me gag. Oh well the doctor did put her on a weight gain diet, so I guess butter is what the doctor ordered.

Big Announcement
Well I'm not sure if anyone reads this anymore. Here is the big news to any of you that still look at this. I am five and half months along. Lily is so excited to have a little baby sister. When we found out Chad told her that she was going to have a sister to play pop parties (tea parties) and dollies with. She said ok let's go. We got home and were calling and telling people. Lily was crying we just thought she wanted to talk to her grandparents. We got off the phone and she was still crying. I told her to stop crying and she said "baby sister go." Well she thought we were leaving the doctors with a sister. It's going to be a long summer. Can't wait for September to get here.
Lily Turns 2
Well Lily turned two back in January. Lily and I were up in Utah when she turned one so Chad missed out. This time our family missed out because we were in Carson City. You can't win having everyone there all the time. She is so much fun to have around. She is our little buddy. Lily mommy and daddy love you so much Happy Birthday.
She was so excited to blow out her candle, but really she just wanted the fire out so she could get to the sprinkles on the cake. To this day she always asks for twinkie stars to eat.
We have some great friends up here in Carson that came over to celebrate with us. It's so nice to have friends when you don't have any family around.
